GIS Christmas party

On 29 November, GIS AG celebrated its Christmas party at the St. Mauritz restaurant. In addition to the review of a successful year by Managing Director Ivan Muri and the honouring of jubilarians, the magician Ron Bertolla and the convivial get-together made for an unforgettable evening.

On 29 November, GIS AG's annual Christmas party was held for the sixth year in a row at the St. Mauritz restaurant in Schötz. The catering team created a festive atmosphere and a successful evening with lovingly decorated tables, excellent food and attentive service. Fortunately, many retired employees were among the 140 guests who had found their way to the Mauritz Hall.

Managing Director Ivan Muri addressed the guests during the ceremony. He reviewed the year 2024 and highlighted some of the highlights of the business year. Successfully implemented customer projects and milestones within the company, such as the switch to a heating system with a heat pump or the introduction of automatic forklift trucks, were presented and honoured. In an interactive survey via mobile phone, the employees present had the opportunity to express their opinions and ask questions directly to the CEO. A special highlight of the evening was the honouring of those celebrating long service. Ivan Muri ended his speech by thanking the entire GIS team.

Entertainment was provided by a show by magician Ron Bertolla (www.ronbertolla.ch). He impressively demonstrated that a rope does not necessarily have to have only two ends, that he is apparently the world record holder in solving the Rubik's Cube and that he has a water jug that never empties. The audience was thrilled.

After the official programme, the focus was once again on socialising, some of which was enjoyed well into the night.
