In hydroelectric power stations, our overhead travelling cranes, bridge cranes and electric chain hoists are mainly used for maintenance and repair work on generators.

In wind turbines, GIS electric chain hoists operate at heights of up to 150 m directly in the nacelle. The automatic reduction of the lifting speed to creep speed shortly before reaching the nacelle is particularly appreciated. This means that the fitter does not have to constantly monitor the lifting process, which can take up to 15 minutes, and can devote his attention to other tasks at the same time. Our solutions combine safety, efficiency and user-friendliness even in demanding applications with large lifting heights.
