Social Responsibility & Sustainability

At GIS AG, we firmly believe that the success of a company should not only be measured by financial metrics, but that we also have a responsibility towards the environment and society. In 2024, we have for the first time compiled a report documenting our efforts in the areas of environmental, social and governance (ESG). In addition, our Code of Conduct summarizes the most important rules and principles that guide our daily actions and that we expect our partners to adhere to.

ESG report 2025

We are pleased to present our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) report for 2025. At GIS AG, we view sustainability as a long-term process. Our heat pump heating system, which came into operation in autumn 2024, has had a particularly noticeable impact. In 2025, we were able to benefit significantly from it for the first time, as evidenced by a reduction in CO2 emissions and lower heating oil consumption.

Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct summarises the key rules and principles that guide our daily actions and that we expect our partners to adhere to. It stands for our team's willingness to take personal responsibility and to behave in a legally compliant and ethically correct manner at all times.
